Welcome to Discrete Math & Programming! |
Class Period: K (elective)

Hello mathematicians/programmers!
While most high school math classes are meant to prepare students to eventually take calculus, discrete math, which deals exclusively with countable (rather than continuous) objects, is a relatively new field of mathematics that is growing in popularity because of its real-world applications, especially to technology. Topics will include logic, sets, combinatorics, modular arithmetic, and other interesting miscellaneous topics as time permits. We will also use the Python 3 language to learn about programming syntax and style, control structures, functions, arrays, and object-oriented programming.
Here you will find all the information for our class, including the calendar, important documents, assignments, daily notes, and other useful material which I will add as time permits.
Please don't hesitate to e-mail me if you have any questions or if there's anything you'd like to see on this site!
